Zuni custom guitars are truly hand made guitars and made in small batches. Each individual guitar will be one of a kind. Their will not be another one like it. Our guitars are not mass produced in commercial shops but done exclusively by the owners and their workshop staff. We take pride in the fact that all aspects of the harvesting of the wood and construction is performed by hand by the Zuni guitar staff. We are a small company but we are proud that these are hand made by experienced craftsmen with skilled hands, a keen eye and with old world craftsmanship. The finish on the guitars are all hand sprayed and polished nitro cellulose lacquer. Pain staking care goes into these finishes and are some of the finest in the industry. We also do a hand rubbed traditional oil finish, which is also very beautiful and brings out the natural feel of the woods. When you pick up a Zuni Guitar you can feel that these had lots of love and detail put into them. They will feel like they have been played for years. We guarantee that you will feel the difference.
